Deoghar (Jharkhand), July 17 (ANI): Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today offered prayers on the inaugural day of 'Shravani Mela'. He was accompanied by several devotees. Annual ‘Kawad Mela’ starts from today. Pilgrims from all over the country flocked to temple town of Deoghar to offer prayers.
