Srinagar, Aug 09 (ANI): Institute of Hotel management (IHM) started a 3 months course of multi-cuisine dishes in Kashmir. The course was aimed to promote tourism and provide a proper platform for educated entrepreneurs. During the course, the professional chefs of the institute gave both theory and practical classes to the trainers. This year, the tourist season is much better than previous year.
