The buyer is a leading FMCG company operating across domestic and international markets in the personal and household care segment and is part of a prominent 125-year-old business group. The latest order is a monthly repeat order from the same client, reflecting continued business engagement and demand for Veerhealth Care's products. The order is expected to be executed within 45 days.
Strengthening Presence in Ayurvedic and Herbal Products
Veerhealth Care's flagship brand, Ayuveer, leverages the company's expertise in Ayurveda to develop Ayurvedic medicines and oral care products using natural ingredients. The company focuses on delivering quality and affordable products aimed at providing customers with a safe and effective daily-care experience.
The repeat order from a leading FMCG player further strengthens the company's presence in the personal-care and cosmetics segment and demonstrates its ability to cater to established corporate customers.
Expanding International Presence
Recently, Veerhealth Care received a sample order worth approximately ₹15.74 lakh for the supply of Gripe Water from an established buyer based in Sudan.
This export order marks the company's first strategic entry into the Sudan market and represents an opportunity to expand its international presence in the pediatric and wellness-care segment. The company expects to leverage this sample order to develop long-term business relationships and explore further opportunities across the African region.
Growth Outlook
For FY 2026-27, the company expects to achieve total income of approximately ₹105 crore, with a minimum PAT expectation of ₹5-6 crore.
For FY 2027-28, the company expects total income of approximately ₹156 crore, with a minimum PAT expectation of ₹9-10 crore.
The company is also currently in advanced stages of discussions with one of India's largest hotel-amenities suppliers, which has an Indo-Canadian joint venture, opening another potential avenue for business expansion.
USFDA-Cleared Manufacturing Facility
Veerhealth Care further highlights that very few small-cap companies globally have secured USFDA plant clearance, positioning the company in a distinctive category within its segment.
The company specializes in the manufacturing of pure vegetarian toothpaste, alongside its broader portfolio of Ayurvedic, herbal and personal-care products.
