Pregnant woman in pain airlifted from snow-bound J&K’s Tangdhar

Tangdhar (J&K): Local authorities with the assistance of Indian Army airlifted a pregnant woman in pain from snow-bound Tangdhar in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district. The pregnant woman was airlifted after she developedserious complicationsin a local hospital. A chopper was arranged to help the woman. Due to unfavourable conditions, chopper struggled to land. However, with effortsof Indian Army personnel and locals, the woman was rescued in night-long operation.
