Mandi (HP), Nov 01 (ANI): Addressing a public meeting at Sarao village in Seraj Assembly, Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jairam Thakur on November 01 has ridiculed the Congress’ promise of providing 300 units of free electricity. “Congress is saying that they will provide 300 units of electricity free when there is no bill here for 125 units, what will we do with their free 300 units? I want to know if they're providing free electricity in 2 states where they have their govt,” said CM Jairam Thakur.
