Bengaluru, Sep 24 (ANI): Congress leaders DK Shivakumar, Leader of Opposition Siddaramaiah, and MP Randeep Singh Surjewala, pasted ‘PayCM’ posters against Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai in Bengaluru on September 23. They were later detained. The QR code will take people to the ‘40 pc Commission Government’ website. The website was recently launched by Congress to file complaints against the Chief Minister.
